ZonMw faciliteert met actieonderzoek naar onbegrepen gedrag sterke netwerken voor mensen die tijdelijk de grip op hun leven kwijt zijn. - Het inhalen van deze non-COVID zorg raakte steeds verder achter op schema waardoor de druk op zorginstellingen zoals ziekenhuizen en huisartsenpraktijken steeds verder toenam.
