Who can apply
The Vici is aimed at senior researchers with academic qualities that clearly exceed the norm and established leadership and mentoring qualities.
Applicants may only submit a full application after receiving notification that the board of the relevant domain has made a positive decision on the applicant's preproposal.
What for
The Vici target group consists of researchers in the stage of consolidation and further development of leadership/research group. The purpose of the Vici is to contribute to the development of the researcher in this field.
What to request
The maximum amount is 1.500.000 euros.

- The application consists of:
- Description of the research proposal and completed rationale for choice of institution;
- Completed paragraph for scientific and societal impact;
- Completed paragraph for data management;
- Budget.
