Personalised Medicine Development of an instruction manual genomic data management

The call invites proposals from a consortium for developing an easy-to-use instruction manual for reusable genomic data in research and clinical care. The manual should be based on an inventory to be carried out on the commonly used work flow and standards in the (inter)national genomics field. The manual should ensure optimal reusability of genomic data according to the FAIR principles both for future research and in the health care setting.

• A maximum of € 300.000 can be requested.
• A grant application can only be submitted by a Dutch research or knowledge institution.
• Project duration maximum two years.
• Full application in English.

Overall criteria:

• Work packages are included in a general work plan description with clear milestones and deliverables for each work package.
• From the application it needs to be clear that the project contributes to a sustainable research infrastructure in the Netherlands.
• The application needs to contain a sustainability plan for the instruction manual.
• The consortium contains expertise in the field of data management and processing in NGS both in research and clinical practice.
• The consortium has the expertise and experience required to realise broad support for the use of the instruction manual to be developed.

Budget

The maximum requested budget is €300.000,-. The maximum duration of the project is two years.
