JPIAMR Network Plus 2020

Eligible candidates

The funded Networks must bring together/align organisations from as many disciplines and sectors as needed. The Networks must develop national and international collaborations and partnerships that involve representatives from as many JPIAMR member countries as possible. Network partners from countries outside the JPIAMR membership are also encouraged. More information on eligibility and specific national rules: www.jpiamr.eu/10th-call/

Budget (Netherlands)

€100.000 in total, with the possible budget applications of €50.000 per year for one year or €50.000 per year for two years per network.

Eligible costs (Netherlands)

Costs associated with international network building and collaboration, such as:

1. travel costs, food and accommodation, insurance
2. joint seminars, courses or workshops
3. joint publications and other joint information dissemination
4. joint conferences.

The grant may not be used for scholarships, research or salaries for performing research activities.
Overhead costs are not eligible.

The intent of the call “JPIAMR Network Plus 2020” is to support networks to design and implement ways to support AMR research considering at least one of the six strategic areas of the JPIAMR Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda: Therapeutics, Diagnostics, Surveillance, Transmission, Environment and Interventions. Networks should develop and implement activities focusing on AMR within the domains of Human health, Animal health and the Environment. The Networks are encouraged to bridge multiple One Health areas as needed and to consider the incorporation of their activities within the JPIAMR-Virtual Research Institute (JPIAMR-VRI).

Note that JPIAMR Network calls do not fund research projects.

Networks will be funded with €50.000-100.000 per year per Network for one to two years, to connect experts from research performing organisations and establish expertise clusters in the AMR community. Networks may build upon new or existing global collaborations/partnerships. The total budget of the call is approximately €940.000.
