Young Turkish, Maroccan and Hindostan people may experience problems with partnerchoice and
forced marriages. The desire to organise their own lives and choose their own partner conflicts with
the ideas of their parents. With representatives of those youth and the monitoring and guidance of a
group of experts in the area of religion, cultural background, law and mental health care a website will
be developed with information about partnerchoice, partnership and sexuality. The information is
about: 1. different ways of partnerchoice and the consequences 2. juridical questions 3. religion and
partnership 4. violence and partnership 5. communication with parents and relatives 6. homosexual
relationships 7. sexual problems 8. success-stories 9. links and referrals to institutes and
organisations. Through the website young people from different etnicities can contact each other and
chat about their questions and problems. Through e-mail the youngsters may ask support and
answers for their individual situation and problems. The help-desk of the website will be managed by
professionals and experts through experience, functions as an inventory of problems from which
recommendations to further prevention and service-provision could be made. Collaboration with
etnic groups and their community- websites ensures promotion of the website and a broad range.
Side activities in the communities will support the website.
