HannaH

Projectomschrijving

In this SCP, we aim to develop a deeper understanding of the matchmaking process. Learning how to do good matches between end-users based on matchmaking parameters, is vital to succeeding with our goals for HannaH GOAL 1: Explore how to tenfold the opportunity for older adults to stabilise their social convoy. We aim to disrupt the steadily decreasing social convoy in old age by exploring an intelligent matchmaking algorithm that promotes long-lasting friendships by matching users from a broader social network. GOAL 2: Explore how to tenfold the opportunity to interact directly within a diverse social network. We aim to explore an intelligent matchmaking algorithm that initiates and facilitates social interactions, directly engaging users within a diverse network to promote well-being and quality of life. GOAL 3: Explore how to tenfold the resilience in social network ecosystems to ensure frequency of social interaction. We aim to explore a scalable matchmaking system operating together with existing social network coordinators to ensure the frequency of social interactions in social network ecosystems and support equality and the freedom to choose with whom, for how long and how often individuals want to engage in a social network. We create value for end-users and critical stakeholders by shared agendas and the involvement of our end-users in a solid collaborative and highly participative user-centred design approach guided by the principles of iterative user-centred design approaches and ethical guidance related to good practice in user involvement (two-fold informed-consenting process, transparent user-information concerning relevant results, data privacy, research-exit strategy). In all tasks a clear process of informing (2 step) and consenting is implemented. Informed consent documents are based on standards in related AAL projects and ethical committees. This approach makes it important to have an open attitude and to be flexible. It is of the highest priority that the end product can be accepted, adapted and used. Partners are strategy-focused with a shared understanding of the tasks to coordinate, schedule, and realise. With a diverse group of partners/participants, we will adapt and align to changes. We will work with iterative short-term planning and build a flexible and collaborative environment to increase our capacity to change. To support this approach, SPRIGS will lead WP-meetings (WP-Lead and Task-Lead) and consortia meetings (all PP) for progress exchange regularly. In conflict resolution, SPRIGS have the expertise to lead the process of consensus.
